We build the 100mm flanged Multi-Float valve to allow for extremely high flow rates of water from downpipes into plastic, concrete or steel water storage tanks. To operate efficiently, the Multi-Float unit needs an inlet pressure of 3.5m or more, that is to say, the guttering needs to actually be 3m vertically higher than the Multi-Float valve to allow the valve to operate. With 3.5m of positive pressure on the inlet of the valve, the flow rate with 4 Max-Flo valves will be approximately 800 L/min.
