Stainless steel 316 hose tails are also known as directors and are used with flexible hose to provide a BSP threaded fittings so that the hose can be connected to a valve, a fitting or even a pump. Our stainless steel hose tails are externally machined to a smooth finish, have nice even threads and, push into most flexible hoses quite easily by hand or by using hot water on the hose. A terrific hose barb for long term use. This is the 3/8" BSP x 10.55mm barb hose tail.
