Shipping & Returns
We will contact you by phone regarding every order that we receive from you.
All orders currently have a $16-50 including GST delivery charge, this is for basic, up to 5kg delivery with Australia Post and covers most of the smaller orders that we receive. For orders that are more than 5kg but less than 20kg they can go with Australia Post or we can send them by courier if you prefer, additional charges may apply depending on weight, delivery location and transport available to your destination. If your order is more than 20 kg it can be dispatched with your own courier company, or, we will dispatch on our couriers and the cost for this depends on your delivery location, the size and weight of the item and the speed of delivery and may need additional freight payment.
We send your orders with responsible couriers and Standard Delivery or Express Australia Post. As items vary in size and weight and Australia is a huge delivery area, we have a small fee, in the case of large bulky products like hose and pump covers, we need to add a bit more freight so we will contact you by phone.
We can arrange delivery to practically any location in Australia.
Returns
If you need to return something, please call 02 6732 6333 to get a return authority. We will generally refund the purchase price less freight and costs that we incur such as credit card fees or restocking fees on items that have not been installed or used and are no longer required. We will not refund if the equipment that you return has been used or installed unless it is found by us to be faulty under warranty terms, so please call before sending anything back.
